• Processing Time: 7 business days (excluding delivery date).

• Each piece is washed and air-dried before shipping.

Accessories Orders:

• Processing Time: 2-5 business days.

Custom Wig Orders:

• Processing Time: 7-14 business days for customization.

• Business days: Monday–Saturdays (excluding holidays).

• Shipping Confirmation: You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships.

• Delays: Processing times may vary due to demand or unforeseen circumstances.

Refund Policy

At HairByNetsa, we are committed to quality and customer satisfaction. Please review our policy below:

No Refunds:

• Refunds are only issued if you receive the wrong item. Contact us within 5 days for a return & replacement.

Sale Items:

• All sale and promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Missing, Defective, or Damaged Items:

2. Include photos: Provide images of defective or damaged items.
